Wheat Penny Lunch Specials
Salad: Summer Panzanella 8.95
Local vegetables shine in this Panzanella, or Bread Salad. We toss sweet bell peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, cubes of focaccia
bread, provolone cubes and torn bits of fresh mozzarella and bake it all in the pizza oven until it is hot. When it comes out
of the oven, we add cucumbers and mixed greens and dress it all with sherry vinaigrette. It gets a tumble of basil on top. Yum!
Burger of the Week: The Juicy Lucy Burger 14.00
A time-honored, old-school burger sporting a layer of cheese inside the patty! Served on a toasted Kaiser roll, this All-American
beef burger is traditionally garnished with shaved onion, lettuce and housemade pickles.
