Joe Swick T.L.T. | Columbia Valley, Washington
An Oregon native, Joe Swick spent years doing harvests around the world to return back to his home state in 2013 to create his own project. Joe specializes in skin-contact, low intervention wines. T.L.T. is a play on the French Cote Rotie style - a typical blend of roughly 80% Syrah and 20% Viogner. T.L.T. is the reverse - 80% Viogner and 20% Syrah - resulting in a very light-bodied chillable red that is juicy, fruity, and slightly peppery. We enjoy this wine both chilled and room temperature.

Iruai Bloom Phase | Applegate Valley, Oregon
Iruai is a vineyard and wine project started in 2013 by husband and wife Chad and Michelle Westbrook Hinds in Berkley, California. They focus on natural wine that pays homage to the people who settled the land before them. They seek to make wine “with a sense of place,” employing no additives but removing no character. Bloom Phase is a blend of Grenache, Gamay, and skin-contact Pinot Gris - resulting in a light-bodied crushable chilled red with a little bit of natty character. This wine is best enjoyed cold.

Julie et Toby Bainbridge Cuvée 50:50 | Loire Valley, France
Julie and Toby Bainbridge are a husband and wife duo that met during a harvest and eventually ended up setting in Anjou where they run a small family-operated vineyard with their two children and flock of sheep. They focus on making organic and sustainable wines that are bright, fresh, and natural. Cuvée 50:50 is a blend of 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Grolleau. This wine is rich with notes of bright red fruits, tart plum, and peppercorns and is rounded out with vegetal and earthy notes. This wine is light-bodied, low in tannin, but high in acidity - great with any pasta, pizza, or gamey meat and is great with a hearty dish!

Poderi Cellario È Bianco | Piedmont, Italy
Poderi Cellario is operated by Fausto and Cinzia Cellario are 3rd generation winemakers from the outskirts of Langhe. They work closely with native grapes of the Piedmont region and work closely with local winemakers to uphold the wine making traditions of the region. Their wines are always organic and low intervention. È Bianco is a fun and chuggable blend of Arneis and Dry Moscato. Arneis typically produces a dry, medium-bodied wine that is both relatively low in acidity and alcohol. Dry Moscato tends to be the exact opposite - lighter-bodied, high in acid, very aromatic, and higher levels of alcohol. Blending these grapes together makes a very balanced, fun, crushable wine.
